Senior Data Analyst Lead

• Lead analytics projects and manage a team of analysts;
• Build end-to-end analytics systems and generate reporting for SEO and product teams;
• Develop data analysis strategies and implement new methodologies;
• Support business decision-making through in-depth data analysis;
• Communicate effectively with leadership, technical, and SEO teams;
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining processes and compliance with standards.

• Ability to process large data sets and identify key metrics;
• Skills in data visualization and presentation for various audiences, from specialists to C-level;
• Proficiency with BI tools, SQL, Python/R, Excel, Google Analytics, and other platforms.
• Analytical thinking: Ability to identify patterns and make data-driven decisions;
• Attention to detail: Accuracy in data validation and error prevention;
